Chery Malaysia celebrates sales advisors’ excellence milestone
KUALA LUMPUR: The Chinese auto giant Chery continues to strengthen its foothold in Malaysia with a strong focus on building customer relationships where the brand’s well-trained sales team plays a key role. In line with this, the company launched the CCSP Programme (Chery Certified Sales Professional) earlier this year and recently celebrated its graduated professionals.

Chery Certified Sales Professional Programme: Key highlights
- Exclusively designed by Chery Malaysia, CCSP is a specialised training course created to elevate customer experience and strengthen product expertise.
- It is a mandatory certification for Chery’s sales advisors who have completed at least six months of service.
- The course comprises theoretical assessments and face-to-face evaluations, empowering the sales force to clearly and effectively communicate the brand’s diverse product offerings and advanced technologies.
- The second cohort of the CCSP Programme commenced in early October to cultivate a new generation of professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused sales personnel.

Building on this momentum, Chery Malaysia is set to introduce a new programme very soon, called the Chery Super Hybrid Expert Programme. This initiative is aimed at identifying and developing expert Sales Advisors in the hybrid technology. It will combine theory and practical training in hybrid systems, sales communication, teamwork, and product expertise.
The company aims to deploy at least one certified CSH expert in every showroom to guide customers and mentor junior advisors as electrified vehicles gain traction in the country.
