GoCar and TotalEnergies join hands to offer Online-to-Offline solutions

KUALA LUMPUR: GoCar Malaysia and TotalEnergies Marketing Malaysia have come together to introduce new Online-to-Offline offerings that aim at increasing customer reach and service networks. The said offerings includeTotalEnergies’ lubricants and expertise from the GoCar Garage network. 

The strategic partnership will observe the onboarding of TotalEnergies Quartz Auto Services onto the GoCar mobile app. It will be a part of TotalEnergies’ ongoing digitalisation drive that targets enhancing consumer touch points across multiple channels. 

The association will help GoCar in making GoCar Garage’s convenient one-stop solution more accessible for consumers to service, maintain and repair their cars. The company has set a target of 200 locations nationwide in 2023.  

GoCar Garage network will offer TotalEnergies’ advanced Quartz lubricants to customers. The said lubricants utilise cutting-edge molecular tech to provide optimal engine protection, efficiency, and durability. These have been formulated with over 60 years of experience and undergo rigorous testing to ensure their effectiveness.
