GoCar Malaysia announces flood assist programme

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s leading on-demand mobility-as-a-service platform, GoCar, has announced its flood relief programme. Under which the company’s garage is offering additional assistance to those in need of car maintenance and servicing. The said programme begins today and will run until 31st January 2022.

GoCar Garage customers can also be assured of OEM-level service excellence and trained technicians.”

What is GoCar offering under its recent flood relief programme?

• The GoCar Garage is offering 25 percent discount on parts and labour
• Free use of a GoCar Share vehicle for up to 14 days while the customer’s car is in the service centre
• For customers in need of GoCar Share car for longer can opt for a subscription with 50 percent discount on selected GoCar Subs vehicles
• Maybank users can take advantage of the Maybank Ezy Payment Plan that will allow them to pay for service and maintenance work in monthly installments

Note, the GoCar Share car options (both 14 days & more) are subject to availability and apply to customers who sign up for the GoCar Flood Relief Programme.

Furthermore, the GoCar recent flood assist programme is available for all passenger cars, irrespective of the make or model, including pickup trucks. However, the offers are applicable only at GoCar Garage PJ Service Centre.

How can one take advantage of the GoCar flood assist programme?

The GoCar Garage Flood Assist Programme is available through the GoCar App. Interested individuals can easily schedule and confirm their service appointments, select required services, and even make payments.
