“Hello smart app” launched in Malaysia with amazing features

KUALA LUMPUR: Ahead of launching its first model in Malaysia, the German EV maker smart has rolled out the “Hello smart app.” This innovative application aims to offer the brand’s customers a comprehensive and seamless digital journey.

The “Hello smart app” has a user-friendly four-tab layout, each tab allowing access to a world of options. The tab includes - 

• Discover tab - It offers access to the brand’s most recent updates, upcoming events, a community section, along with digital product e-brochures and notifications

• Vehicle tab - This tab offers personalisation details to customers, such as estimated monthly payments, loan applications, booking services, and real-time vehicle information, including driving range, battery status, charging status, and location. With the help of this tab, users can also remotely control the air conditioner, doors, windows, and schedule charging times
• e-Mall tab - It provides access to a virtual store offering the brand’s official merchandise and accessories
• Profile tab - It summarises all the functions of the app and provides personalization options 

The “Hello smart app” also integrates four notable in-app features that are new to the electric vehicle market in Malaysia. These include - 

• Live Charging Map & Navigation System - This standout feature addresses EV owners’ range anxiety. It offers a comprehensive map with real-time information on charging points, including availability status. It also eliminates the need for multiple apps and enables users to easily find, initiate, and pay for charging at available points.
• Vehicle Booking & Financing Loan Application: By this feature, customers can conveniently apply for loans directly through the app. It eliminates manual procedures, and thus makes EV ownership more accessible and hassle-free
• One-Stop Service Home Charging Solution: This feature streamlines the purchase, installation, and appointment scheduling for smartCharge Home Chargers
• Community Engagement: This allows app users to connect, and share their experiences and insights

Kindly note this is the first version of the Hello smart App and its first update is scheduled for release in Q4 of 2023 to further enhance usability and convenience.

The Hello smart App is now available for download on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery.
