Honda adds a dash of style to Jazz with Modulo Style kit
KUALA LUMPUR: The Japanese automaker, Honda has given the Jazz, popularly known as Fit in Japan, a funkier look with Modulo Style package. The stylish hatch has been around for a while and the automaker knows exactly what it takes to shake up the existing market and attract new enquiries.
The Modulo Style kit accounts for various cosmetic upgrades that add charisma to the outgoing Jazz. The notable highlights at the front include the revamped grille that’s gone bigger and aggressive than on the standard model and goes all the way down to the bottom of the bumper, which gets a ‘Solid Wing Face’ design with smoother finishes. The sleek strip of LED daytime running lights has been positioned in place of the trapezoidal fog lamps that add to the cleaner look.
Aside from the above-mentioned components, the Modulo Style kit makes way for the new 16-inch dual-tone multi-spoke alloy wheels and a special dark blue colour dubbed as Midnight Blue Beam Metallic, which can be ordered at PhP 15,500 (or 32,000 Yen).
The Modulo Style kit is available with both hybrid and non-hybrid Jazz models while the word on the RS variant hasn’t been out yet if it would get the style kit or not. The RS version of the Jazz comes with its own version of style components including rear spoiler and bumpers.
The Modulo kit is limited to the Japanese market as of now. An official word about its international availability is yet to be made. The Modulo Style package is purely aesthetic and there hasn’t been any change made to the core or heart of the Honda Jazz.
