Isuzu opens modernised 3S facilities in Juru and Kuantan

KUALA LUMPUR: Isuzu has taken a significant step towards bolstering its presence in the Malaysian automotive industry with the opening of two upgraded 3S showrooms in Juru, Penang, and Kuantan, Pahang.

    Key highlights of Isuzu’s new centres in Malaysia

    Strategic locations for greater accessibility

    The new Isuzu facilities are situated on prime plots conveniently serving both D-Max and truck customers. The ACM Juru Autocity is located in Penang, a well-connected automotive hub, while the Jalan Gambang is on the outskirts of Kuantan, a key transit route for commercial and lifestyle vehicle owners.

    Modern and spacious showrooms

    The new 3S facilities feature the new Isuzu Corporate Identity (CI) with a bright and distinctive outlook, creating an inviting atmosphere. As for size, the Juru showroom spans across 436 square meters, whereas the Kuantan showroom is 363 square meters.

    Along with a clean, modern layout and welcoming interiors, the new Isuzu centres have spacious forecourts for hassle-free vehicle parking.

    Interactive experience & vehicle exploration

    The centres feature environmentally friendly digital information panels enabling visitors to browse the latest Isuzu D-Max models and learn more about individual variants. They also house - 

    • A VR corner for virtually experiencing the various advanced safety features of the Isuzu D-Max.
    • A new hero car display and a new car delivery bay for that special experience. 
    • A comfortable and private discussion area for truck buyers where they can seek expert advice and configure the ideal truck suiting their individual needs. 
    • A thoughtfully designed and well-equipped lounge where a free flow of refreshments is available.

    Enhanced service capabilities

    Speaking of after-sales services, both facilities have a large and comprehensive service centre with the Juru 3S centre accommodating six trucks and six D-Max simultaneously, while the Kuantan 3S Centre can handle seven D-Max and four trucks at any one time. 

    The opening of the new Isuzu 3S facility in Juru was officiated by Isuzu Malaysia’s Chief Executive Officer Tomoyuki Yamaguchi, who remarked that constant updates to facilities are key to improving accessibility to Isuzu products and services. The Kuantan showroom was officiated by Dato’ Zaliza Zulkipli, Mayor of Kuantan, alongside Yamaguchi and Mohamad Radzi.

    “Keeping our outlets fresh and relevant are instrumental to developing a bond with our customers. The spirit of Kaizen remains a pillar of Isuzu’s business – be it in the products we offer or in the way we improve our services to ensure customer satisfaction,” said Mr. Yamaguchi.
