Located strategically at Lot 4168, Block 24, Jalan Datuk Mohd Musa, Kota Samarahan, the new facility is easily accessible via the main road connecting Kota Samarahan to Kuching.

Its prime location is expected to serve customers in the surrounding areas with enhanced convenience.

Spanning 21,700 square feet, the state-of-the-art centre is designed to align with Mitsubishi Motors’ global identity and the brand’s motto, “Drive Your Ambition.”

The 4S Centre goes beyond sales and service, offering a comprehensive experience with features such as a comfortable customer lounge equipped with Wi-Fi, a kid’s corner, and advanced service facilities.

It also includes a dedicated body and paint section, ensuring Mitsubishi owners have access to complete after-sales care under one roof.

Speaking about the launch, Shinya Ikeda, Chief Executive Officer of MMM, emphasized the strategic importance of the new centre. “As MMM introduces new Mitsubishi Motors models in Malaysia, our goal is to enhance customer convenience by expanding our network of showrooms and service centers. The opening of this new showroom in Kota Samarahan is a strategic step towards reaching untapped locations and extending our services to a broader audience.”

Ikeda also highlighted the contribution of Auto Pacifica Sdn Bhd, a long-standing Mitsubishi partner since 2009.

“Auto Pacifica has been a trusted partner of Mitsubishi since 2009, and this marks their third outlet in Sarawak. With its modern showroom facilities and advanced service equipment, we are confident that our Mitsubishi customers in Kota Samarahan will receive exceptional service and support.”

The launch underscores Mitsubishi Motors’ commitment to strengthening its presence in East Malaysia and providing accessible, high-quality services to customers.

The addition of this facility further cements the brand’s dedication to improving its network across the country.

MMM’s model lineup at the moment includes the just launched Triton 4x4 pick-up truck, imported as a completely built-up (CBU) unit from Thailand, and the newly launched locally assembled (CKD) XPANDER.
