Upcoming Nissan Juke teased, debut date confirmed
KUALA LUMPUR: Nissan Juke first made an appearance in the year 2010. Back then, most of our neighbouring countries received their fair share of Nissan’s small SUV. Malaysia, on the other hand, was left out from the picture and we hope this doesn’t happen again.

Well, coming back to the news, Nissan recently teased the first official image of the next-gen small SUV, the Juke. Like the former, the upcoming model too seems to raise a lot of eyebrows for its unique design.
It was only last month when for the first time we got the hint of what the second-generation Nissan Juke would look like, courtesy spy shots. And now, Nissan Europe has released the official teaser image along with the car’s debut date, i.e., 3rd September 2019.

In the Juke teaser is visible what seems like a tightly cropped image of the car’s front profile. The upcoming Nissan Juke features the familiar but slightly sleeker than before double headlamp design that is accompanied with thin-slit LED daytime running lights and high/low beam in a round headlight, respectively at the top and bottom. The front will also feature a re-shaped ‘V-Motion’ grille.

Like the new Renault Clio and Captur, the 2nd gen Juke will sit on the newly-developed Renault-Nissan CMF-B platform. As for its under the hood configuration, it is expected to be powered by small turbo-petrol mills. The range-topping variants may feature all-wheel drive and automatic transmission.
