All-new Honda Vario 125 Street launched in Malaysia at RM 7,468

KUALA LUMPUR: Boon Siew Honda has launched the all-new Vario 125 Street in Malaysia, strengthening its presence in the urban scooter segment. Designed for confident city riding, the new Honda scooter is more stylish, sporty and premium in features.

Honda Vario 125 Street: Price

Available in two colour options - Purple and White, the Honda Vario 125 Street is priced at RM 7,468 (excluding road tax, insurance or registration). Included in the price is a two-year or 20,000km manufacturing warranty, whichever comes first.

Honda Vario 125 Street: Design and features 

Inspired by adventure-style scooters, the new Vario 125 Street boasts a distinctive look with a naked handlebar paired with a floating digital speedometer. It retains the brand’s iconic V-shaped front identity with a refreshed, sportier appearance, featuring an all-new LED headlight design, LED taillight, and blinkers for enhanced visibility in all riding conditions.

The new Vario 125 Street further stands out with its special rims that match the body colour, giving the two-wheeler a youthful and stylish look.

Honda Vario 125 Street: Engine and transmission

The new Honda scooter is powered by a 125-cc liquid‑cooled single-cylinder engine with Enhanced Smart Power (eSP) technology, which generates a maximum power of 11.5 hp at 8,500 rpm and 11.74 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel via a CVT gearbox and a belt drive system. 

The Energy Efficient Vehicle comes mated to an Idling Stop System and offers a balance of responsive performance and fuel efficiency. 

Honda Vario 125 Street: Suspension and braking 

The suspension setup comprises telescopic forks at the front and a single preload-adjustable shock absorber at the rear. Braking duties are handled by a single hydraulic front disc and a mechanical rear drum brake, with a combined braking system. 

The all-new Honda Vario 125 Street will be available at all Honda Impian X and authorised dealerships starting May 2026.
