The Countryman is 4.3 meters long. So it technically can’t be called a ‘mini’. There’s a lot of space inside the car. But the cabin is a typical mini with a neo-retro theme. The 2.0-litre engine offers an enjoyable drive. The transmission is seamless. The Countryman drives beautifully and the handling is perfect. Like other Minis, the Countryman is a keen handler and doesn’t feel as big as it is. The steering is well-weighted. If you love to drive a distance, then the Countryman will be your perfect companion. The price of course is sky-high and that’s why I couldn’t afford it.
