Yes, the Nissan X-Trail is an SUV. And no, it’s not up to the mark. The X-Trail has a bouncy drive and you’ll feel the jerk inside the cabin. That’s certainly unwarranted from an SUV which is meant to tackle all types of roads. The suspension also causes the car to lean while turning corners. The body roll can be felt inside the cabin. While the car’s road grip is good, the overall performance is far from satisfactory. There’s also some road noise that can be heard inside the cabin. Performance too is a bit sluggish. But the X-Trail has a spacious interior.
