Bad Customer Service
I bought my Peugeot 2008 1.2 FL Puretech back in 2018. The car was running smoothly and we had minor issues at first such as bad fabrication issues where all the fabrics were not placed in properly. However after a year of usage we had a serious air conditioning unit malfunction and ECU issue so they had to recall our unit. However the air cond unit was not replaced and only tweaked to run a bit better which eventually got worse. After six months of contacting the Peugeot Centre in Ipoh, they finally managed to to change our A/C unit. After a year upon resolving the issue, the MCO started and we couldn't run our routine maintenance. Hence, we've waited until the MCO was over to fix our vehicle. However, it got worse and the Engine Lamp began turning on. eventually at one point the car just switched off in the middle of the road. We made so many calls to the showroom and finally got an appointment to resolve these issues. However, the showroom told us that this car needs a major engine repair and they cannot do it for us after giving us plenty of excuses stating that our warranty has been void. Our car is still under warranty to be honest and after contacting them several times, the management has rudely shut us off saying that the management has changed and they couldn't help us. Now we are not able to even start our car THANKS TO PEUGEOT'S MANAGEMENT.
