Doesnt live up to its claims

I purchased a brand-new Volvo XC60 and had great hopes for this vehicle. However, my enthusiasm turned to frustration just within the first few days of ownership. In just a week, the infotainment system malfunctioned which I had not even expected in my dreams. The Volvo dealership got the system replaced but my problems didnt end even after that. One day while I was driving the XC60 the brake system failed leading to a serious accident. Once again I had to return the car after this alarming incident to the dealership. For a car priced so high, these early issues are very disappointing.
