Continental Malaysia Introduces C3- The ContiCasing Warranty

Kuala Lumpur. Continental Malaysia has introduced “C3- The ContiCasing Warranty”, its new offer by extending casing warranty. Continental Automotive Malaysia is the first automotive supplier and International Tyre Manufacturer in the Malaysian market which has become the first producer in Malaysia to lend this increased warranty to its customers who owe different range of trucks. The C3-ContiCasing Warranty program guarantees the customer of Continental brand products for three lives or warranty upto 6 years. The C3 warranty program applies only to those commercial trucks who owe General tire branded truck tyres measuring 19.5 inches or more in diameter.

Continental Automotive Malaysia reveals that the second life of the tyre will be tailored on 60% of the new tyre price and the third life of the tyre will be tailored on 15% of the new tyre price. There are few articles in the segment of General Tire and Continental that implement the C3 ContiCasing Warranty and will be produced in the year 2016. The managing director of Continental Tyre Malaysia, Cameron Wilson said, “There is no better way to stand by our products than to offer our customers this enhanced C3 warranty as a promise of Durability and longevity.” Many major brands have also managed to get Continental tyres fitted in their vehicles, among which the Great Wall M4 has its tyres encased with the Continental Max Contact 5 Tyres. Continental Tyres have been one of the trustworthy brands of tyre production that has maintained its confident approach among its customers.

Concerned about the safety features of the vehicles the Continental Tyres has also launched a road safety campaign in the month of January 2016. The main motive of Continental Tyres Malaysia was to spread awareness to maintain the tyres of vehicles on a regular basis, which eventually reduces the possibilities of road hazards. This step in the direction of spreading safety measures to the customers is fairly important for the company and has also enabled the customers to comprehend the value of their vehicle's safety.
