Ford Malaysia introduced new warranty plans for Ranger

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Auto ConneXion, Ford Malaysia's sole distributor has announced a new warranty plan for the Ranger lineup. The pickup will now get a two-year extension over the existing 3-year warranty, thus giving better value to the owners. Besides, two Extended Warranty Plans are also now on offer.

Let's now discuss Ranger's new warranty plans in detail, starting with the 5-Year Manufacturer's Warranty. Enabling Ford to offer better its customers better deals, SDAC has introduced this new warranty plan available from Ford Ranger Year Make 2021 onwards. Compared to the previous 3-year or 100,000 warranty, this one offers a two-year extension.

As for the customers with a 3-year warranty plan, SDAC is offering two optional Extended Warranty Plans - PremiumCARE and Powertrain Care.
