Mercedes-Benz and NZ Wheels unveil world’s largest Stars@Mercedes-Benz showroom in Bangsar
KUALA LUMPUR: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, together with NZ Wheels, has officially opened the world’s largest Stars@Mercedes-Benz showroom in Bangsar.
Beyond its size, the facility also holds the distinction of being the first in the world to integrate the Stars@Mercedes-Benz concept with the brand’s latest retail design language — setting a new direction for how luxury car retail is experienced.

Spanning 1,800 square metres, the new space blends cutting-edge digital technology with an emphasis on exclusivity and personalisation. The facility features expansive showroom floors, private consultation areas, digital interfaces, and lifestyle-inspired amenities — all crafted to reflect a more refined customer journey.

She added, “This showroom doesn’t just showcase vehicles; it celebrates the refined lifestyles of those who drive them, setting a new standard in luxury retailing in Malaysia.”
A new kind of showroom experience
Designed as an urban concept, the Bangsar location showcases the most exclusive models from Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Maybach, and the G-Class — effectively bringing the brand’s top-end lineup under one roof.
The approach focuses on tailored service, with sales experts specially trained for each luxury sub-brand to ensure a personalised experience.
The two-storey showroom, built with a RM5 million investment by NZ Wheels, caters to Kuala Lumpur’s high-net-worth communities. Inside, modular walls and brand-specific elements allow the space to be transformed into a distinct environment for each luxury brand in as little as 30 minutes — a first for Mercedes-Benz showrooms worldwide.
One highlight is the MANUFAKTUR area, where customers can explore bespoke customisation options and sample materials up close. Large digital screens enhance the ambience with dynamic visuals for each brand, while a café-style lounge and private digital consultation rooms create a relaxed yet premium atmosphere.
The upper floor embodies Mercedes-Benz’s latest retail design concept, focusing on seamless digital interaction. The setup integrates flexible product displays and interactive content that allow customers to explore vehicle details intuitively.
A dedicated AMG Performance Center also anchors the floor, showcasing the brand’s performance DNA through exclusive displays and immersive media content.

50kW DC fast Charger installation
Sustainability plays a role in the new facility, which includes a 50 kW DC fast charger for EVs and a digital handover zone that enhances the delivery process. Looking ahead, NZ Wheels plans to open a dedicated 2S service centre in Jalan Genting Klang/Setapak by the second quarter of 2026.
The Bangsar site joins NZ Wheels’ expanding network, which now includes Klang, Johor Bahru, Setapak, and Bangsar — representing a total RM20 million investment into enhancing Mercedes-Benz’s retail footprint and luxury customer experience nationwide.
