New 2016 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Video Teaser is Out

KUALA LUMPUR: Mitsubishi Motors Thailand teases its upcoming SUV, Pajero Sport through a 35 sec video clip before its global debut on August 1st at the Big Motor Sale in Bangkok. The sale is scheduled to take place at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangkok. This is just the second video teased by the company, which doesn't reveal anything more than a design sketch of the upcoming SUV carrying a tagline “Designed For Perfection”.

The previously out pictures revealed much more about the SUV than this video. The spy pictures of the commercial photoshoot were posted on the Facebook page of All New Pajero Sport Club and showed how the SUV would look like. On looking at the spy-shots, the new Pajero seems to get a new design with a number of cosmetic updates. It is based on the most popular Mitsubishi's pick-up truck, Triton and the chances of being adhered with the same technical specifications as seen on the 2015 Triton are quite high.

It gets the Dynamic Shield look on the front, which is quite familiar for the car lovers, as this look can be witnessed on the latest Outlander and on the concept XR-PHEV. The front gets a sleek chrome grille with the company's logo placed perfectly at the centre on a black background. The sparkling and sharper headlamps on either side intersecting the chrome bar imparts the impression of a single frame. Adding to its aggressive and bold front look, there is a wide airdam in-accordance with the sporty bumpers, that house the fog lamps on both sides. Masculine bodyline, new wheel arches and the window panes are some of the noticeable changes on the side profile of the new Pajero. While, on the rear end taillights are extended right down to the bottom of the tailgate.
