    In terms of design, the new S-Cross features bold proportions like a larger grille, a tall hood, and boxy wheel arches. The grille is flanked by restyled LED headlights with LED daytime running lights. A chunky silver strip is now also positioned across the grille. Adding to the rugged appeal of the SUV is cladding along the bottom of the front bumper. On the rear end, we can see protruding LED tail lights and thick bumper cladding, while on the sides the new wheels round off the exterior tweaks.

    Inside, the revamped Suzuki S-Cross gets the same steering wheel and dashboard layout, however, there is a new 9-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. 

    Included in the interior highlights are a 4.2-inch multi-info instrument cluster display, two-zone climate control, heated front seats, fabric or leather upholstery, panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, and advanced driver-assistance systems. The latter consists of autonomous emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, rear cross-traffic alert, traffic sign recognition. and lane departure prevention.

    Third-gen Suzuki S-Cross

    Under the hood, the SUV is equipped with a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine that is capable of generating a maximum power output of 127 hp and a peak torque of 235 Nm. The motor is coupled with 48 V mild-hybrid assistance and a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission. On the performance front, the new S-Cross can run from zero to 100 kmph in 9.5 seconds.

    The new Suzuki Cross will first go on sale in the Old Continent by the end of this year and will then make its way to other markets, including Asia and Latin America.
