UMW Toyota rolls out ‘Mobili-T Assist’ and ‘Move Your World Rewards’ initiatives

KUALA LUMPUR: UMW Toyota has introduced two initiatives - Mobili-T Assist and Move Your World Rewards to offer greater peace of mind and added value to Toyota customers. Mobili-T Assist focuses on customer convenience and mobility support whereas a vehicle is undergoing repairs, while the Move Your World Rewards campaign rewards buyers for registering a new Toyota vehicle. 

Mobili-T Assist: Complimentary courtesy car benefit 

• Mobili-T Assist is a complimentary courtesy car benefit under the Toyota Insurance Package (TIP), giving eligible customers time to arrange alternative transportation when their Toyota vehicle is undergoing extended repairs. 
• This allows customers to continue their daily activities while waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. 
• To qualify for Mobili-T Assist, customers must be insured under TIP, and the required work must be estimated to exceed 14 days. 
• Courtesy cars will be available for up to 5 days on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to vehicle availability, eligibility requirements and applicable terms and conditions.

Other benefits under the Toyota Insurance Package

The Toyota Insurance Package offers comprehensive protection, including. -  

• No Betterment charge for vehicles up to 12 years old, helping customers benefit from the use of Toyota Genuine Parts under eligible insurance claims. 
• Agreed Value coverage for up to 15 years with 100% payout of the sum insured for total loss or theft claims
• Free Toyota 24/7 Road Assist Service 
• Fast claim assessments and approval within 24 hours for complete submissions, subject to policy terms.

Move Your World Rewards: Lucky draw and customer reward campaign 

• Running from 1 November to 31 December 2026, this campaign offers a chance to win exclusive prizes alongside Toyota’s attractive rebate offers. 
• Eligible individual customers who register a new Toyota during this promotion period will automatically enter into a lucky draw, with 100 iPhone Duo prizes available across two monthly draws. 
• A total of 50 winners will be selected from each month's eligible registrations. 

Existing Toyota customers receive three entries for each eligible vehicle registration, compared with one entry for new customers, and can also enjoy exclusive aftersales benefits on selected parts and accessories, subject to campaign terms and conditions.
