It has been a long time when Proton Perdana was spied for the first time in Malaysia in August 2015. Now, Malaysians would soon be able to get their hands on the all-new 2016 Proton Perdana as it was officially teased in October 2015. Bearing resemblance to Honda Accord, it would feature sleek headlights along with LED daytime running lights. Towards the side, the wing mirrors are embedded with turn signals while the rear end gets LED tail lamps. Under the bonnet, it is speculated to get a new NE01 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine or a 1.5-litre turbocharged direct-injected TGDI engine.

3.Subaru Levorg

Recently it was confirmed that the all-new Subaru Levorg is set to make a Malaysian debut in the second quarter of 2016. This Subaru MPV would be powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged direct injection turbo (DIT), four-cylinder engine which churns out a maximum power of 170 PS at 4800-5600 rpm along with a peak torque of 250 Nm at 1800-4800 rpm. Unlike the Japanese-spec Subaru Levorg, the Malaysian model would not be getting the larger 2.0-litre turbocharged DIT engine. Towards the front, it features a huge hexagonal grille along with signature hood air dams. Moreover, this 5-door car would also get C-shaped headlamps and taillamps alongside the standard kit of halogen projectors.
