Audi Q3 Facelift Available in Malaysian Showrooms

Kuala Lumpur: Audi has finally rolled out its facelifted Q3 in Malaysia with the official brochure being released on its site. The car is also made available for booking with the Q3 1.4 TFSI retailing at RM217,900 and the 2.0 TFSI Quattro variant for RM252,900.

The refreshed Q3 features significant design improvements like the single-frame horizontal grille that underlines the model's Audi lineage. Around the grille, one can also notice a set of wings which lead into the headlamps. These redesigned headlamps come standard with Xenon plus technology and LED daytime running lights. Apart from that, this model also shows off a sharper front and rear lighting designs. As for the dimensions, there are no changes in the new Q3 as it measures 4390 mm long, 1830 mm wide, 1590 mm tall along with a wheelbase of 2600 mm. Further, this car is made available in five different colour choices namely Glacier White, Floret Silver, Utopia Blue, Tundra Brown and Brilliant Black.

The lower priced variant is powered by a 1.4-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine that churns out a maximum power of 150 hp along with a peak torque of 250 Nm. Further, it is mated to a six-speed S Tronic wet dual-clutch automatic transmission which helps it to complete a century sprint in 8.9 seconds along with a top speed of 204 kmph. It delivers a fuel efficiency of 6 L/100 km and CO2 emissions of 139 g/km. Moreover, this facelift is also employed with comfort key key-less entry system and an engine auto start/stop system as standard.

Moving towards the bigger 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine, it delivers a maximum power of 180 hp at 4000 to 6200 rpm along with a peak torque of 320 Nm at 1400 to 3900 rpm. Further, it is paired with a seven-speed S Tronic transmission which helps it to complete a century sprint in just 7.6 seconds along with a top speed of 217 kmph. Just like the base variant, it is also fuel efficient and consumes just 6.5 l/100 km. While the CO2 emissions come to 150 g/km. Apart from the Quattro all-wheel drive system, it features an additional park assist system with a 360-degree display and a five-spoke 18-inch alloy wheels.
