BMW Group Malaysia hosts Dealer Awards Night 2023 to applaud dealerships' performance

KUALA LUMPUR: BMW Group Malaysia recently organised the Dealer Awards Night 2023 to recognise and commend the exceptional services provided by all 23 authorised BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad dealerships nationwide. The event was graced by the presence of over 200 distinguished guests and key members of the BMW Group network.

• BMW High Voltage Expert Certification (individuals who have undergone extensive training in the EV segment)
• BMW Aftersales Dealer Award 2023 (subcategories - Head of Aftersales, Head of Parts, Customer Service Officer, Technical and Open)
• BMW Motorrad Dealer Award 2023 (subcategories - R18 Most Valuable Manager, BMW Motorrad Sales Manager, BMW Motorrad Sales Advisor, BMW Motorrad Service Advisor, and BMW Motorrad Technician)
