Check-out Infiniti Malaysia zero GST price list

KUALA LUMPUR: Starting today, the 6 percent GST rate won’t be a part of the retail auto prices. Meaning, cars will now be cheaper than before, until the application of SST, i.e., the Sales and Service Tax. We have already updated you on the zero-GST price list from major automakers, like Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, and Volvo. The brand which was missing in the charts was Infiniti.

Catching up fast with its counterparts, Infiniti Malaysia later yesterday released its share of the zero-GST price list. With only three cars in its bay, the Q50, Q60 and QX70, all from today will be available at lower prices.

The Q50 GT and GT Technology were earlier available at a retail price of RM 239,800 and RM 275,800 respectively. However, post the 6% GST slash, the former is offered for RM 226,267.49, while the latter enjoys a rebate of RM 16,570, making its price fall to RM 260,229.74.

Infiniti Q60, the stylish sports coupe is now available for RM 291,362.82. Last but not the least, the model whose price dropped by a whooping RM 21,899.80 is none other than the QX70 GT. Prospective buyers can now buy this Infiniti performance crossover for RM 368,100.20.

The revised prices will stay in effect until the return of SST which the Malaysian Government recently revealed will be set at 10 percent. As per media speculations, the new tax regime will kick start from 1st September 2018. Buyers from today have precisely three months to purchase a new car under the zero percent GST regime. Post that car prices would shoot up, so, better spare some time and make the most out of the ongoing GST rebate.

Also, we are hoping Infiniti Malaysia will soon bring the recently revealed 2018 QX80 to the country and complete its family with the new SUV member.
