So, be it a new Peugeot 2008, a Peugeot 5008, or a Peugeot 3008, a new customer will benefit from the automaker's latest maintenance and warranty offer.

It seems like automakers these days want to leave no stone unturned when it comes to customer service. A few days back, Volvo announced an increment in digital investment to improve customer experience. As a part of the deal, it just added two robot assistants in its dealership that serve the customer's specific needs.

Coming back to Peugeot Malaysia's recent efforts in the field, the brand's official distributor in the country Bermaz Auto Alliance Sdn Bhd (BAASB), said that it is committed to enhancing the customer experience at every possible level of the purchase journey. They have already introduced the brand's multi-award-winning lineup in the country, now backed with 5 years of free maintenance and warranty. Thus, ensuring complete peace of mind.

The 5-year free maintenance package provided by the BAASB comes with a newly approved maintenance schedule from the manufacturer. It also covers lubrication, labour, and parts.

Peugeot car owners in Malaysia can make a service appointment in the comfort of their homes via the company's website. The owners can also use the website to check vehicle details, warranty information and locate the nearest dealership or service centre.

BAASB is encouraging all the existing Peugeot owners to update their information on the website. Why? This will allow the company system to update customers about the latest recall and vehicle warranty information.
