Yes, the Wey 80 will be locally assembled in Malaysia at the Hicom Pegoh Industrial Park in Melaka, in association with EP Manufacturing (EPMB). In Malaysia, the automaker previewed the short-wheelbase version at the Kuala Lumpur event, which measures 5,045 mm in length, 1,960 mm in width and 1,900 mm in height and spans a 3,085 mm wheelbase. However, the spied version seems to be either a standard wheelbase or the long-wheelbase version; the latter stretches to an impressive 5,410 mm in length, with a generous wheelbase of 3,275 mm.
