MAS 2025: Mercedes-Benz showcases impressive lineup of flagship and pre-owned cars

KUALA LUMPUR: In a power-packed move, Mercedes-Benz reaffirms its ‘Luxury of Choice’ commitment by displaying an impressive lineup of cars at the MAS 2025. The automaker has not only its flagship models but also the full range of Certified Pre-Owned cars, spanning from fully electric, high-performance, and plug-in hybrid models.

Amanda Zhang, CEO & President, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, while displaying the brand’s unwavering dedication to timeless luxury and innovation, said, “At Mercedes-Benz, every customer journey is a reflection of our commitment to excellence—whether it's a first introduction to the brand or a continued relationship built on trust. At the very heart of the showcase are three flagship models -

• The electrifying Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E PERFORMANCE - Powered by a 4.0-litre V8 biturbo with an e-motor making 843 hp and over 1,400 Nm of torque. Goes from 0 to 100 kmph in 2.9 seconds, reaching a top speed of 316 kmph.
• All-electric AMG EQE 53 4MATIC - This one is an all-electric car with a dual electric motor setup designed to deliver 625 hp and 950 Nm of torque. The EV sprints from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.5 seconds. It offers a range of up to 527 km and packs styling elements like the AMG Night Package, 21-inch matt black AMG wheels, and red brake calipers.
• The efficient C 350 e Plug-in Hybrid - Its 1,999 cc engine produces 204 hp and 320 Nm of torque. It offers an all-electric range of up to 117 km and features a sporty AMG Line exterior with Night Package and 18-inch AMG 5-spoke light-alloy wheels.

Another major highlight of this year’s Mercedes exhibit is the Young Star Agility+ programme. This one is a flexible financing programme made specifically for Pre-Owned models under 2 years of age. This payment plan with flexible terms (tenure ranging from 1 to 4 years & mileage from 10,000 km to 30,000 km) aims to deliver a truly tailored ownership experience. Here are a few highlights of the programme -

• Lower monthly repayment via Guaranteed Future Value.
• Option to settle, extend, or return the vehicle at the end of the agreement.
• Up to RM6,400 in motor insurance support via Mercedes-Benz Star Protect
