SDAC-Ford launches a new 3S outlet in Sabah

KUALA LUMPUR: With the Ford Ranger as its flagship model in East Malaysia, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC) has steadily built up its strong network in the region. Recently, the country’s sole distributor of Ford vehicles has launched another 3S centre in Sabah ensuring that they can provide customers with access to one of the top-performing pickup trucks available in the market.

Upon launching the new dealership outlet in the region, SDAC’s MD Turse Zuhair said, “Sabah is a very exciting market with a high demand for our next-generation Ford Ranger. 

As we continue to expand our customer base in KK, we are pleased to introduce Rightpower as our second dealership, targeted at expanding to customers in the Penampang district. The new dealership enables customers to embrace the distinctive Ford experience and we look forward to providing high-quality services through this facility.”

Key highlights of the new Ford 3S centre are - 

• Located in the Penampang area of Kota Kinabalu, the latest Ford outlet is operated by Rightpower Corporation
• It is SDAC’s 37th outlet in the country, the eighth in East Malaysia, and the second in Sabah, Inanam being the first
• Spreaded over 12,000 sq.ft, the facility includes a 4,300 sq.ft. showroom area and a 4,500 sq.ft service centre 
• The service centre comprises four bays equipped with all resources required for servicing and repair 

• The centre is managed by a team of 16 members, including highly trained technicians certified by Ford 
• With an investment of RM 1 million, the new 3S centre is fully loaded to meet customers’ end-to-end needs

Timings	Monday to Saturday - 8 am to 5.30 pm Sunday                     - 9 am to 3 pm
