Sime Darby Motors opens multi-brand service centres, called Drivecare

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Motors, which officially represents a variety of foreign car brands in Malaysia such as BMW, MINI, Ford, BYD,  Jaguar, Land Rover, and Hyundai, has rolled out a multi-franchise service centre concept called “Drivecare.” It offers comprehensive automotive solutions to customers across all segments and brands, all under one roof.

    The key highlights of the new Sime Darby Motors Drivecare are as follows -

    • Drivecare aims to address customers’ common frustrations in service workshops by providing them with superior facilities, skilled workmanship, and enhanced support.
    • Under the one-stop servicing centre concept, Sime Darby has opened two service centres so far; one in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, and the other in Jalan Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur.
    • The third one will be soon operational in Penang
    • The service centres are backed by highly trained technicians and state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
    • As for quality parts and components, Sime Darby Motors has partnered with leading brands like Liqui Moly and Brembo
    • The company aims to expand Drivecare across South Asian markets and subsequently throughout its operations in the Asia Pacific region.

    To celebrate the launch, Drivecare is offering special promotions from June 26 to July 31, 2024, offering the following benefits -  

    • Complimentary vehicle inspections
    • 20% off parts and labour charges
    • Free wiper blades with windscreen replacements
    • Complimentary car wash and a free Liqui Moly product.

    Additionally, customers who bring two vehicles (registered under the same name) for servicing can enjoy a 50% discount on engine oil for the second vehicle, subject to terms and conditions.
