This is the three-unit limited Bentley Continental GT Convertible Mulliner Riviera Collection

KUALA LUMPUR: Bentley is celebrating the ‘elegant world of the yachting industry by introducing a new special Mulliner Riviera Collection for the Continental GT Convertible.

The special edition model is limited to just three units and is available exclusively through Bentley Monaco, a hit destination for ‘luxurious Mediterranean sailing’.

Bentley Europe Regional Director, Balazs Rooz said, “Bentley Monaco’s understanding of the yachting world, a key focus of the principality, together with the know-how of our Mulliner designers, have created truly exceptional and unique cars. This will complement the breathtaking Mediterranean coastline and surroundings where this one-off Continental GT Convertible will likely be driven and enjoyed.”

Key highlights of Bentley Continental GT Convertible Mulliner Riviera Collection

• Limited to just three cars, each of which is painted in distinct tones all inspired by the Mediterranean Sea and French Riviera. The shades include Aegean Blue, Caribbean Blue, and Aquamarine
• The three cars come fitted with a carbon fibre body kit along with a boot lid spoiler, all in the same hues mentioned above

• The cabin features the usual splash of colours along with extra thematic trims (door sill plates & marine knot embroideries)
• The centre console features a unique patterned wooden veneer that reminds one of a wooden deck of yachts

• Supporting the nautical theme inside are linen hide and Alcantara trims
• Special Riviera leather key case that reminds one of the cars when sailing away in the yacht

As for the car’s mechanical specifications, it will be powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine generating a maximum power of 550 hp along with a peak torque of 769 Nm of torque. The drive is sent to all four wheels via an 8-speed gearbox. The configuration helps the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 4.3 seconds and attain a top speed of 319 kmph.

Though Bentley has not shared the car’s specs, we don’t expect it to be any different from the regular GT Convertible.
