The Iriz has always carried a sporty charm, and the latest model too retains the same to the very end. Its steering feedback is the best in class— confidence-inspiring and precise for darting through the tight city roads. The updated 8-inch floating screen is clean and crisp, and also pairs well with Bluetooth in no time. I love how planted the car felt on the curvy stretches near Hulu Langat, all thanks to Proton’s ride and handling tuning. The cabin materials have been improved, and the redesigned dashboard imparts a fresh, modern vibe. However, the interior gets more vocal once I speed up, which could have been improved with better acoustic insulation.
