A proper super hatch with unorthodox handling characteristics

The Toyota GR Yaris may not be as powerful as other super hatches, but it comes with a few tricks up its sleeve. It weighs around 2,900 lbs, has some clever differentials, is all-wheel-drive, and can achieve things no one expected. In just 5.3 seconds 0-60 happens, and because it has over 100 inches of wheelbase, the GR Yaris jolts into corners without any kind of hesitation. If you treat it properly it may even slide through the corner. It performs well both on the road and on gravel. It has minimal body roll because it is low and wide to the ground.
