Coco Martin posts pictures with his modified Ford Mustang GT

KUALA LUMPUR: The famous Filipino actor, director and film producer, Coco Martin, has posted a photo of him on Instagram. But what’s more interesting about the photo is that a muscle car can be spotted beside him. We can ascertain that this is the Ford Mustang GT by the 5.0 badge. The car looks great and might be the perfect fit for a cop show.

The muscle car, that was snapped with the celebrity, has a stunning design across the body. It gets black paint job along with red racing stripes on the hood. These give a very racy and aggressive appeal to the Mustang. So now, Coco Martin seems to have his dream car sorted - a powerful muscle car that has been given the undue aggressive touch. The Coco Martin’s Ford Mustang GT has a 5.0-litre V8 engine that is capable of making a maximum of 467 PS of power along with a peak torque of 569 Nm. However, the Malaysian spec model returns 417 PS of maximum power at 6,500 rpm and a peak torque of 530 Nm which comes at 4,250 rpm. The engine comes mated to a ZF-based 6R80 six-speed SelectShift automatic transmission that is also seen in Ranger.

Moreover, the Ford Mustang GT features HID headlamps, DRLs, one rear diffuser, LED tail lights, electric power-assisted steering, cruise control, push-start ignition/keyless entry and a dual-zone climate control. An 8-inch SYNC 2 LCD touchscreen infotainment system has also been given. Apart from this, there is a rear-view camera, USB and Bluetooth connection. The vehicle also comes with a nine-speaker system for the audio within the cabin. The front seats of the vehicle are six-way power adjustable. It also comes with rain-sensing wipers, aluminium sports pedals, illuminated scuff plates and stainless steel dual exhaust at the rear end.
