Honda HR-V and BR-V gets optional 360-degree parking camera

KUALA LUMPUR: Honda Malaysia is offering two of its models - the HR-V and BR-V with an optional 360-degree parking camera. Thus, further ensuring the full safety of the occupants over and above the standard safety features.

The ‘Honda Recommended Advanced 360 HD Camera’ is part of the automaker’s genuine accessory and therefore both the models come with pre-fitted casing ensuring a quick and seamless installation of the system.

Why should one consider opting for the 360-degree parking camera?

The Honda 360-degree parking camera system like most includes a front, left & right wing mirror, and rear camera. Now, the best part about this particular camera system is that it combines the feed from all the four units and provides the driver with a complete 360-degree view around the car on the touchscreen head unit. This comes in handy while parking the car in tight spots.

Which Honda models can be fitted with the 360-degree parking camera?

The Honda Recommended Advanced 360-degree HD Camera is available as an optional feature with all new models, however it can be retrofitted to current models too. The list of applicable models include -

• Honda HR-V - All variants from 2019 onwards
• Honda BR-V - Only V variant (base E trim does not get an infotainment touch screen)

How much does it cost?
