KLIMS 2026: Jetour T2 i-DM PHEV debuts in Malaysia, bookings now open

KUALA LUMPUR: Jetour's first hybrid vehicle in Malaysia, the all-new Jetour T2 i-DM (intelligence dual mode), has made its official debut at the 2026 Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show, alongside the G700. Bookings for the plug-in hybrid SUV are now open, with an estimated price tag of RM 168,888.

Building on the strong reception of the T2, the T2 i-DM is designed for customers seeking new energy mobility solutions without compromising the versatility and rugged appeal that have made the T2 a sought-after SUV among Malaysians.

What does the Jetour T2 i-DM offer?

The upcoming Jetour PHEV runs on a 1.5-litre TGDI Dedicated Hybrid System, paired with a dual-motor electric system and a 3-speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission. The setup delivers a combined output of 360 PS and 610 Nm and offers strong acceleration performance while maintaining efficiency across different driving conditions.

With an all-electric range of over 100 km, the Jetour T2 i-DM can travel up to 1,200 km on a full charge and tank, making it suitable for both city commuting and long-distance travel. The battery supports both AC and DC charging for greater convenience and flexibility.

In terms of features, we can expect the same extensive equipment list as the standard ICE-powered version. As for safety, it will come equipped with a suite of intelligent safety and comfort technologies, including ADAS Level 2 driver assistance, 6 SRS airbags, and a panoramic view monitoring system.

Jetour T2 i-DM bookings open, Dashing and VT9 get exciting rebates 

The Jetour T2 i-DM bookings are now open at authorised JETOUR dealerships nationwide. Customers who place a booking for the model during the exhibition can enjoy a RM 2,000 rebate.

Meanwhile, the Jetour Dashing and VT9 are available with exclusive KLIMS rebates of up to RM 10,000 and RM 15,000, respectively. 

Interested folks can visit the KLIMS 2026 event to experience this highly anticipated Jetour T2 PHEV up close ahead of the official launch. Visitors can also experience the T1, T2, VT9 and Dashing through test drives conducted throughout the show and can participate in interactive activities at the JETOUR booth, offering complimentary gifts and refreshments.
