Peugeot and Citroën opens 3S centre in Alor Setar, Kedah

KUALA LUMPUR: A new 3S outlet of Peugeot and Citroën opens in the state capital of Kedah, Alor Setar. Nasim Sdn Bhd and Naza Euro Motors Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian distributors of Peugeot and Citroën, respectively, have taken this initiative to strengthen the network reach to the northern region of the country. The outlet will serve the customers in the area of sales, services, and spare accessories.

Dato’ Nik Hamdam, who is the Deputy Group CEO of Automotive Group at Naza Corporation Holdings said at the opening ceremony, “The launch of this new bi-marque Peugeot and Citroën Alor Setar outlet is the continuation of our expansion plan to increase our network and reach in Malaysia. This also ensures that we are able to cater to the needs and demands of our customers at an accessible location.” He also added, “We are confident of meeting the expectations of the Alor Setar and overall Kedah market, as the team have been extremely committed on the implementation of the two holistic concepts from Peugeot and Citroën which is sure to add to the brand ownership experience.”

The Peugeot and Citroën  3S outlet is located at 97 M&N, Batu 1 1/4 Mergong, Seberang Jalan Putera 05150 Alor Setar, Kedah. The place also has a showroom, which can showcase up to eight Peugeot and Citroën cars. Apart from the showroom, there is a family lounge, a customer lounge, a private lounge, and a café. The outlet measures 15,000 square feet, and a total sum of RM 2 million is spent on the project.

New Peugeot and Citroën showroom concept - the Peugeot Bluebox and Citroën La Maison, is implemented to this 3S outlet. While the new Peugeot Bluebox concept offers an immersive modern and upmarket Peugeot experience, the Citroën La Maison concept aims to provide the customers with a fluid and interactive experience by its contemporary living space.

The Peugeot and Citroën showroom will remain open on Mondays to Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM except for Sundays and public holidays. In terms of service, it can service around 200 to 250 cars a month with the help of its five hoist bays. Customers can now visit the showroom to have a look at the impressive Peugeot vehicles as well as Citroën cars. Peugeot 3008 SUV PLUS and Citroën C3 Aircross SUV are currently on display.
