Very unreliable and slow vehicle
I thought the BMW X1 would be an exceptional vehicle as I had heard lots of good things about it. Unfortunately, it's not. When speeding up, this car hesitates. It is not at all safe. The lack of the knobs and middle console dials are annoying. Now I’m forced to take my eyes off the road to turn the station or change the temp. I can use the voice assistant, but it is unreliable and slow. Another thing that annoys me is that every time I have to start the car, I have to put it in sport mode to disable the auto shut-off. In sports mode, this car turns into a gas guzzler, defeating the purpose of having an auto shut-off feature.
