Chery Malaysia celebrates Malaysian athletes’ success at the 2024 Olympics and Paralympics

KUALA LUMPUR: Back in August, Chery Malaysia awarded the country’s Olympic bronze medalists with the new Tiggo 7 Pro at a special ceremony. Now, the Chinese automaker has come up with another exceptional gesture to celebrate Malaysia’s international sports success.

Chery Malaysia announced exciting discounts for the athletes of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris. The automaker is offering the following discounts on the purchase of the brand-new Tiggo 8 Pro, Omoda 5, and the all-electric Omoda E5 - 

• 50% discount to Gold medallists 
• 30% discount to Silver medallists and athletes who reached the semifinals and finals 
• 15%  discount to all athletes who qualified to compete in the Olympics and Paralympics

This marks Chery’s first involvement in supporting Malaysian sports since the brand entered the local market. It underscores the automaker’s commitment to uplifting national talent and contributing to the nation’s success in international competitions.

Chery Malaysia is hopeful that more Malaysian athletes will qualify for the 2028 Summer Olympics, highlighting the nation’s growing strength in global sports.
