Check out the wild look of an SUV based on Ford Ranger

KUALA LUMPUR: In the local market, the Ford Ranger is a well-known vehicle. But do you know there is a popular full-size SUV, which is based on its body-on-frame underpinnings and being sold in different international markets with different monikers - Ford Everest in the Philippines and Ford Endeavour in India. A damn wild version of this people mover is now trending on the internet, let’s have a look.

ZealCreations, a YouTube channel, officially posted a video of the heavily-modified Ford Everest called Idumban, which absolutely looks stunning. The modified vehicle features the massive upgrades and poses a robust off-roading SUV appeal. 

Upfront, it is equipped with a huge aftermarket grille in a matte black finish and giant hood scoop, that gives the SUV an aggressive and imposing demeanour. All the chrome accents of the SUV have either been removed or completely blacked out. Two lights are placed on the hood, and also Hummer like lights are installed on the roof. Moreover, the new bumper carries a large skid plate under it. 

On the sides, Idumban gets 8-inch fender flares for a more rugged look. One of the key highlights is the 12-step adjustable nitrogen suspension that lifts the SUV and elevates its performance, and the whole look to the next level. It rides on gloss black alloy wheels from Fuel Ambush. At the rear end, the SUV equips the same black finishings along with new reflector lights on the lower part of the bumper.

Apart from these cosmetic changes, modified Ford Everest remains the same at heart. It houses the ongoing 3.2-litre five-cylinder turbocharged diesel mill, coupled with 6-speed automatic transmission, generating 200 PS of power and 470 Nm of power.

As far as the interior is concerned, the designer added new upholstery as well as two infotainment screens for the rear passengers. 

Indeed, this wildly modified Ford Everest/Endeavour looks like a beast.
