Malaysia gets a new BYD 3S centre in Glenmarie

KUALA LUMPUR: In association with its dealer partner SISMA Auto, Sime Darby Beyond Auto has launched a new BYD 3S centre. Located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, the new outlet is touted as the largest BYD outlet in Malaysia, constructed with a noteworthy investment of RM 5 million.

The key highlights of the new Class-A BYD facility are -

• The centre has a large display area that can accommodate up to nine display models at a time
• The service area comprises a total of 16 service bays that can serve more than 1,000 customers per month
• Specifically designed to cater to BYD's EVs, the service centre features advanced diagnostic equipment, specialised tools, and climate-controlled storage areas for sensitive battery components
• As for repairing high-voltage components, the facility also incorporates a dedicated New Energy Vehicle room
• It is also equipped with multiple EV charging points

Upon launching the new BYD Glenmarie 3S centre, SISMA Auto Group Managing Director Syed Khalil bin Syed Ibrahim said, “We believe the future of the automotive industry is electric and as the number one New Energy Vehicle (NEV) manufacturer in the world, BYD is well positioned to be a leader in this electrified future.”

Showroom timings	Monday to Saturday - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Sunday & public holidays - 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
Service centre timings	Monday to Friday - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Saturday - 8.30 am to 12.30 pm

BYD SISMA Auto Electric Dreams Carnival

To celebrate the grand opening of the largest BYD outlet, the company is also organising an exclusive 'Electric Dreams Carnival' event between 2-11 June, 2023. During this event, customers who sign up for test drives are entitled to door gifts, snacks and a chance to participate in lucky draws.
