Peugeot Malaysia offers low 0.83% Interest financing for 408 GT & Premium

KUALA LUMPUR:  Peugeot Malaysia has launched a new financing campaign in collaboration with Public Bank Berhad, offering attractive loan rates for the 408 GT and 408 Premium.

Running from March 13 to April 30, 2025, the promotion allows buyers to secure a 90% loan with a 0.83% interest rate (for a 60-month tenure) on the 408 Premium, while the 408 GT comes with a 1.01% rate for the same tenure.

The Peugeot 408, known for its bold design and high-tech features, showcases the brand’s signature "Language of Attraction." From its sharp, coupe-like styling to the driver-focused i-Cockpit, the 408 GT and Premium models promise a modern and engaging driving experience.

Alongside a suite of advanced safety features and premium comfort, Peugeot Malaysia positions the 408 as a well-rounded option for those seeking both style and performance.

​The PEUGEOT 408 is available in three variants in Malaysia: Allure, Premium, and GT. The Premium and GT models are priced as follows:​

• 408 Premium: RM 166,055​
• 408 GT: RM 196,055

These prices include a 7-year warranty or 200,000 km, whichever comes first. 

Both the Premium and GT variants are powered by a 1.6L PureTech turbocharged engine, delivering 218 hp at 5,750 rpm and 300 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm.

The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission (EAT8), enabling the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.8 seconds.

​PEUGEOT 408 Premium

The Premium variant offers a balance of style and functionality, featuring 18-inch Granite Black wheels and electric driver and passenger seats.

The interior includes the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit infotainment system with a 10-inch HD color touchscreen. Safety features encompass adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, blind-spot detection, and rear cross-traffic alert. ​

PEUGEOT 408 GT

As the flagship model, the GT variant includes exclusive features such as 20-inch Monolithe Black wheels and Matrix LED headlights with automatic beam functionality.

The interior is enhanced with AGR-certified seats equipped with memory and massage functions. Additional features include a 3D Quartz digital meter cluster, configurable i-Toggles, the FOCAL Premium Hi-Fi System, a 360° camera, and advanced adaptive cruise control.
