Hyundai Malaysia launched an online shopping platform - ‘Click to Buy’

KUALA LUMPUR: Buying a new Hyundai is now just a few clicks away, thanks to ‘Click To Buy’, the brand’s new online platform that allows customers to buy a new Hyundai car over the internet. With this, the customers can browse the specifications and features of the desired models and can make purchases in the comfort of their homes. This is quite amazing at the time when movement control restrictions are in order in the country, isn’t it?

Low Yuan Lung, Managing Director of Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors said, “We want to help break the chain of transmission during this pandemic and encourage our customers to stay at home, and so we are bringing our showroom to our customers, with an offer of a unique online shopping experience. Our online shopping platform has all the information on all our models one needs, to make an informed choice for purchase.”

He further explained that the portal offers multiple interactive ways through which the customers can get detailed information. It includes:

• Contact sales representatives over the phone
• Register interest by filling up the contact form
• Talk to sales representatives via the live chat feature
• Call the customer service hotline

All Hyundai models available in the local market are listed on www.hyundai.com.my/clicktobuy/, including the Elantra, Kona, i30N, Sonata, Santa Fe, and Grand Startex.

After learning about the desired model, the customer can book the car for a test drive or can also place a booking for purchase. To book a model on Hyundai ‘Click To Buy’, one needs to pay an amount of RM 300, which is less than the showroom booking fees of RM 500.
