2025 Hyundai Tucson: Engine and performance

When it comes to under-the-hood setup, there are three different options available for the buyers, viz.

    • A 2.0-litre naturally-aspirated four-cylinder engine that dishes out a maximum power of 156 PS at 6,200 rpm and a peak torque of 192 Nm at 4,500 rpm. Power is sent to the front wheels via a six-speed automatic gearbox.
    • A 1.6-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine capable of generating 180 PS at 5,500 rpm and 265 Nm from 1,500 to 4,500 rpm. It is tied up with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission mated to either a front-wheel drive or an all-wheel drive setup, depending on the variant picked.

Edging the redesigned grille are larger Parametric Jewel hidden headlamps, which now have three LED elements per cluster instead of four.
