Meet Suzuki Jimny Beans, a coffee shop on wheels

KUALA LUMPUR:  Suzuki Jimny has a huge fan following due to its peerless combination of personality and utility. And now this cute tiny off-roader comes in a new “Jimny Beans” avatar that directly taps the coffee lovers. Basically, Suzuki converted the LCV into a fully operational mobile coffee bar that will drive the brand’s media and promotional events across all its divisions (Car, Motorcycle, ATV, and Marine) in the UK.

Designed by Coffee Latino, the bespoke Suzuki Jimny Beans is decked up in Chiffon Ivory Pearl metallic with Bluish Black roof and to serve the purpose it undergoes a number of modifications. These include removal of the front passenger seat in favour of a custom-fitted 57-litre water tank and a 3M filtration system. 

Under the rear floor section, the specialists placed an LPG tank with a specially designed exhaust system and a side exit pipe. A compact 12V drawer Waeco refrigerated that cools milk up to -2 degrees centigrade is also a part of this coffee bar.

As for the coffee machine, the vehicle has a high-spec Fracino unit, placed in the rear section. Its topped area has an aluminium finish along with a milled aluminium effect panel surround. It can make two special coffees at the same time with its twin milk frothing units while for the tea, a central hot water dispenser is available.

This special Jimny is able to run either with gas or electricity as it is equipped with a power inverter and two large capacity 125A/H 12V batteries.

Set to be held from September 10 to 20, the show is Britain’s biggest festival of boating where Suzuki Marine will also display its latest technologies.
