Based on a unique Real-Time Deals (RTD) model, the inDriver platform allows users to negotiate the fare for the ride. The process works in the following manner - 

• First, users make an offer to book a ride through the app.
• Nearby drivers receive this offer and have the option to either accept or decline it or negotiate with a preferable fare. 
• Then passengers can present multiple counter-offers and finally book the ride that fits their preferences as per the fare, estimated arrival time, vehicle model and driver’s rating.

Ensuring the riders’ safety during the ride are different safety options available on the inDriver app. These include sharing the GPS location and ride details in real-time with trusted contacts and an option to connect directly with customer support if you need any assistance. There is also a dedicated emergency button on the app, through which users can directly contact local law enforcement agencies in case of an emergency.
