2026 Zeekr X bookings open in Malaysia; est price begins at RM 160k

KUALA LUMPUR: The all-new Zeekr X is ready to steal the spotlight at the upcoming KLIMS 2026 event. Well, ahead of that, Zeekr Intelligent Technology Malaysia has opened the order books for the updated EV, featuring a series of meaningful upgrades to enhance the ownership experience.

2026 Zeekr X: What’s new?

The refreshed EV combines sharper performance, added comfort, and more distinctive styling, which further strengthens its appeal as a premium, technology-focused urban EV. Key upgrades include - 

More features, enhanced comfort

• Automatic front doors
• A built-in fridge
• Intelligent interactive B-pillar
• A multifunction steering wheel with touch bar buttons
• More practical boot space of 404 litres
• Front massage  and ventilated seats (Flagship variant)
• New 19-inch paddle wheels with the Premium, and the new 20-inch black forged  wheels with the Flagship variant

More power, faster charging 

The upgraded Premium RWD variant now features a more powerful rear electric motor, generating 340 PS of maximum power and 373 Nm of peak torque, representing a notable increase of 68 PS and 30 Nm over the outgoing model. 

The entry-level model now supports 11 kW AC onboard charging (0% to 100% in 7.5 hours), up from 7 kW. The WLTP-claimed range is quoted at 415 km.

Speaking of the Zeekr X Flagship AWD, the EV’s performance-oriented variant now delivers 496 PS and 573 Nm, up from 428 PS and 543 Nm, allowing the EV to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.7 seconds (0.1 second quicker than before). The range is quoted at 445 km (on the WLTP cycle).

The top-spec variant also benefits from faster 22kW onboard charging, which replenishes the battery from 0% to 100% in 4 hours of AC charging. 

New colour options 

Zeekr offers two exclusive new shades for the Flagship variant - Onyx Black and Matte Khaki Green, while the Premium variant gets a unique Porcelain Pink finish. The former comes with a snazzy black interior with red seatbelts, whereas the latter features a white-black dual-tone ambience.

The 2026 Zeekr X is expected to be priced from RM 160,000 to RM 180,000
