Ford Malaysia is offering new owners a free two-year service package

KUALA LUMPUR: Yes, you read it right. Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the official distributor of Ford vehicles in Malaysia has announced a free two-year service package. The deal is limited to new owners of the selected Ford Ranger Wildtrak and XLT Plus models (2021 model year), while the stock lasts.

This initiative is part of the automaker’s effort to improve its customer service offerings. All this and more it’ll via its Ford Ranger Specialists programme that aims for a more ‘personalised and seamless sales experience’.

The free two-year service package is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for Ford Ranger XLT Plus and Wildtrack trims.

SDAC Managing Director, Turse Zuhair on the introduction of this service package said, We’re constantly evolving to find ways to deliver more value-add to customers. The two-year free service offer aims to provide peace of mind for customers, especially in these challenging times."

He further added, "Additionally, virtual consultations with a Ford Ranger Specialist not only ensures customer safety amidst the ongoing pandemic, it also raises the level of personalised experience and convenience that customers are looking for.”
