The track day doubled as the local debut for several new models, including the First-Ever All-Electric MINI JCW, the MINI JCW Aceman, and the All-Electric MINI JCW Countryman ALL4.
The event wasn't just about fast laps — it was about capturing the essence of MINI performance, heritage, and future direction in one go.
And with test drives open to the public, including for the new MINI Countryman SE and MINI Aceman SE, fans got the chance to feel the “go-kart” DNA that defines every MINI — petrol or electric.
“It was an incredible experience to have been able to bring the thrill of MINI, maximised to its most exciting extent for both MINIacs and driving enthusiasts alike with the MINI JCW Track Day,” said Benjamin Nagel, Managing Director of BMW Group Malaysia.
“Getting behind the wheel of a JCW model was a powerful reminder of what makes a MINI driving experience so unique — the responsiveness, the precision through every corner, and the unmistakable sense of connection between driver and vehicle.”

Two track zones, One mission: Pure MINI Performance
Participants were split between two dedicated circuits. The 3.4-kilometre MINI JCW Drive Zone was all about high-speed sprints and confident cornering, while the MINI JCW Track Zone, inspired by Italy’s Kartdromo Parma, offered a more technical layout to test braking, grip, and handling.
The headline models — the New MINI JCW, First-Ever All-Electric MINI JCW, and the debuting JCW Aceman — weren’t just for show. They were pushed hard in both zones, joined by the MINI JCW Countryman, showcasing its traction-focused ALL4 system.
Each car demonstrated a different interpretation of performance: the combustion JCW with its raw punch and iconic handling, the electric JCW models with their instant torque and clean acceleration, and the JCW Aceman bridging city-friendly utility with track-worthy pace.
Full MINI line-up on display
The rest of MINI’s latest offerings were also present, giving guests a taste of what’s to come across the brand’s growing EV and crossover portfolio. This included the All-Electric MINI Cooper, MINI Convertible, MINI Cooper 5-Door, and the New Locally Assembled MINI Countryman S ALL4.
Special edition body kits were also shown — the Track Edition and Slick Edition — both adding a bold visual twist with race-inspired livery decals and MINI floating hub caps.
Test drives were available for select models like the All-Electric MINI Aceman, MINI Countryman, and New MINI Convertible, providing a real-world sample of MINI’s signature driving experience.
MINI lifestyle, but personal
Off the track, MINI leaned into its culture of fun and self-expression. Guests could belt out tunes in In-Car Karaoke, mix music using MINI sound effects, or suit up digitally in the MINI AI Photo Booth as their own racing avatar.
JCW accessories and MINI lifestyle merchandise were also on display, rounding off a day that blended speed with style.
