The electric motors are fed by a 111 kWh nickel cobalt manganese (NCM) battery pack, offering a WLTP-claimed range of 623 km.

As for charging, the EV supports both AC and SC charging, taking the following mentioned time to juice up -

    2025 Volvo EX90 Driving dynamics

Designed to offer a plush yet dynamic handling experience, the EV features an upgraded air suspension that works in tandem with an active chassis. The latter monitors the car, road, and driver 500 times per second and provides the most comfortable ride possible.

The automatic adjustable air suspension system lowers itself by 20 mm for better aerodynamics or raises itself by 40 mm for uneven terrain.

Adding to the efficiency and relaxed driving is a one-pedal drive feature that offers a controlled balance of acceleration and regenerative braking. It can be easily selected through the central display or a button given on the steering wheel and has a new “Auto” mode, which adapts more regeneration in traffic and less at cruising speeds.
