Modenas Z15GT Care Programme launched, offer free inspection and technical support

KUALA LUMPUR: Modenas has launched a nationwide care campaign for Z15GT owners in Malaysia, offering them complimentary inspections and after-sales support. The 3-month-long Modenas Z15GT Care Programme will run from July 15 to October 15, 2026.

Modenas Z15GT Care Programme: Key highlights

• Available through 57 selected authorised Modenas dealers across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak, the programme offers free vehicle inspection and diagnostic checks by trained technicians.

• It is a nationwide after-sales support initiative that aims to address customers' concerns and improve their ownership experience. 
• In eligible cases, the company will also provide technical support, repair and warranty assistance. Parts replacement will be subject to technical verification and availability.
• To ensure consistent service delivery across the country, Modenas conducted dealer briefings, technician training and spare-parts planning before rolling out the campaign.

Upon launching this initiative, Roslan Roskan, Chief Executive Officer of MODENAS said, “Customer satisfaction and safety remain our priorities. Through the Z15GT Care Programme, we are bringing inspection and after-sales assistance closer to our customers through selected authorised dealers nationwide.”

“We value the feedback received from Z15GT owners and remain committed to taking the necessary actions to continuously strengthen our products, services and the overall ownership experience,” he added.
