2020 Toyota Vios: Pre-launch booking, specs, and other details

Toyota Vios is a car with a strong customer base and its popularity doesn't seem to fade away anytime soon. Keeping the sedan fresh and going, Toyota Malaysia recently introduced the new Vios facelift, shortly after the automaker revealed the new Yaris hatch.

Interested customers can book the all-new Vios easily, in a few clicks through Toyota Malaysia official website for just RM 500. Here are the steps to book the new Vios sedan -

• Go on to https://www.toyota.com.my/vehicles/car/vios
• Scroll down and click on the ‘BOOK ONLINE NOW’ tab
• From the list of cars, selected the one you need to book, in this case, the new Vios
• A pop-up screen will appear, select the suitable option and click on save
• Choose the Vios variant, colour, promotion (if any), and add-ons (if you want any)

2020 Toyota Vios variants & price

Like the new Yaris hatch, Toyota Malaysia is offering the 2020 Vios in three trim options - G, E, and J. Though the company has not revealed the actual price tag but has shared with us the estimated price list.

All prices are on-the-road excluding insurance, including a 5-year factory warranty with unlimited mileage. The sedan gets maximum sales tax exemption, as it is locally assembled in Bukit Raja, Klang.

2020 Toyota Vios exterior design

The refreshed Vios gets the same front fascia as its recently revised hatch sibling, i.e., a merged grille and lower intake setup finished in black. The main grille seamlessly merges with new triple-bezel LED headlamps that now come with DRLs and follow-me-home function. The new bumper comes with redesigned fog lamps.

What are all the 2020 Vios exterior colour options?

Toyota Malaysia is offering the new Vios sedan in five colour tones. The one we see here in the images is Orange Metallic, the other four are Silver Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, Red Mica Metallic, and Dark Blue Metallic.

As expected, the new Vios is abled with best-in-class features that aim to make the cabin as comfortable as possible for the driver and passengers. Included in the list are -
